Sales Operations Executive (Maternity Cover)

About the role

EPOS, a Point-of-Sale digital solutions provider backed by Ant International, is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Executive for a 6-month maternity cover contract. You will support the Sales team by keeping sales processes accurate, maintaining operational excellence, coordinating cross-functional activities and supporting sales performance reporting, working closely with Sales, Finance, Operations and Product.

Key responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operations of the Sales team so sales processes run smoothly and efficiently.
• Process sales orders, quotations, contracts and related documentation accurately and on time.
• Maintain and update CRM systems, keeping customer and sales data accurate.
• Coordinate with Finance, Merchant Operations, Product and Customer Success for onboarding and order fulfilment.
• Prepare sales reports, dashboards, forecasts and performance metrics for management review.
• Monitor the sales pipeline and follow up on outstanding actions.
• Help implement and improve sales processes, SOPs and workflows.
• Support sales incentive tracking, campaign administration and commission reporting where needed.
• Carry out data validation, reconciliation and analysis, and support ad-hoc projects and assignments.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, Sales, Operations or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Commercial Operations or Sales Administration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail and ability to manage several priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• An added advantage: experience in fintech, payments, SaaS or technology.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas) and Microsoft Office.
• CRM experience such as Salesforce, HubSpot or Dynamics is an advantage.
