Sales Support Executive

About the role

The Sales Support Executive will assist the Sales and Trade Marketing teams by managing product pricing, processing contracts, and preparing sales reports. This role ensures accurate data flow and timely support for customers and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Set, manage, and maintain product prices in the Price Book, ensuring timely updates.
• File and document all contracts and quotations, maintaining organized hard‑copy and digital records.
• Prepare and process payments for customer rebates and advertising & promotion (A&P) activities.
• Prepare monthly sales reports for the Sales Manager and Trade Marketing team, using advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• Provide sales records and track sales data to monitor performance and trends.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns.

Required profile

• Diploma in any discipline, preferably Accounting or Business Administration.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work independently with strong communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, energetic and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work alternate Saturdays (5.25‑day week).

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
