Sales Telemarketer – Beauty Industry (High Commission)

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Sales Telemarketer to join our beauty‑focused team. You will engage with potential and existing customers over the phone, promoting our skincare products and services while driving high‑commission sales.

Key responsibilities

• Contact prospects and existing clients via phone to introduce skincare products, treatments, and promotions.
• Explain product benefits clearly and answer customer enquiries.
• Schedule consultations, product demos, or treatment appointments with beauty consultants.
• Conduct follow‑up calls, manage leads, and encourage repeat purchases.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales or lead‑generation targets.
• Collect customer feedback on products and services and report insights to management.

Required profile

• Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service; beauty or skincare experience is a plus.
• Strong verbal communication, active listening, and rapport‑building skills.
• Persuasive and confident in pitching products and closing sales.
• Effective time‑management to handle high call volumes and follow‑up tasks.
• Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to recommend suitable solutions.
