SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (EC, ECP, Payroll, IDOC, BIB, Time Management & Integrations)

About the role

The role involves leading the design, configuration, implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM solutions across HR and payroll processes for clients in Singapore. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver end‑to‑end HR transformations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and configure Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, SAP HCM Payroll, Time Management and related HR functionalities.
• Lead payroll solution design, including processing, off‑cycle activities, statutory requirements and controls.
• Develop and support integrations between SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, SAP S/4HANA and external payroll platforms using IDOC, BIB, CPI and other technologies.
• Conduct requirement‑gathering workshops, fit‑gap analysis and functional walkthroughs with business stakeholders.
• Drive functional testing, data migration, cut‑over, production stabilization and post‑go‑live support.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience with SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors implementations and support.
• Hands‑on experience with Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, SAP HCM Payroll and Time Management.
• Proven ability to lead workshops, translate business requirements into functional designs and coordinate multi‑workstream projects.
• Relevant SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM certifications are preferred.
