Senior Accounts Executive

About the role

We are looking for a diligent Senior Accounts Executive to join our finance team in Singapore. The role involves managing end‑to‑end bookkeeping, supporting daily accounting operations, and ensuring timely financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Perform general bookkeeping and full‑set accounting functions.
• Handle daily AP/AR tasks including invoicing, payments, and receipts.
• Execute monthly reconciliations and prepare financial reports.
• Conduct debt collections by contacting customers to secure timely payments.
• File GST returns accurately and on schedule.
• Prepare monthly sales commission calculations and verify incentive payouts.
• Undertake ad‑hoc assignments and projects as required.

Required profile

• Meticulous, organized, and detail‑oriented.
• Positive learning attitude and strong team player.
• Pro‑active, able to multitask and work independently within deadlines.
• At least 2 years of accounting experience (advantage).
• Knowledge of XERO software (advantage).
