Senior Assistant Manager / Manager, Corporate Communications

About the role

The Singapore Institute of Technology is seeking a dynamic communications professional to lead stakeholder engagement and B2B communication initiatives. This fixed‑term role will strengthen relationships with internal teams and external industry partners, supporting SIT’s positioning as Singapore’s University for Industry.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of stakeholder engagement initiatives, including industry announcements and milestone events.
• Partner with industry‑facing divisions to develop communication strategies, align messages, and ensure stakeholder buy‑in.
• Collaborate with internal units to produce clear communications for university‑wide policies, initiatives, and organisational developments.
• Create content across presentations, newsletters, speeches, reports, videos and digital media with a focus on B2B audiences.
• Track engagement outcomes and use insights to improve communication effectiveness.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in stakeholder communications, B2B content development or strategic engagement.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven ability to craft clear, concise messages for defined audiences and channels.
• Independent fast learner with excellent organisational, project and time‑management abilities.
