Senior Associate Executive - Corporate Sales Administration, Retail Pharmacy

About the role

SingHealth's Retail Pharmacy is looking for a Senior Associate Executive to keep its corporate supply operations running smoothly and reliably. The role acts as a key liaison between healthcare institutions and logistics partners, ensuring accurate order processing, efficient coordination of institutional deliveries and proper data management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage corporate supply order processing, verify order details and coordinate with internal departments for smooth order fulfilment
• Act as the main point of contact for delivery requests across SingHealth institutions, monitor delivery schedules and resolve order issues promptly
• Prepare monthly reports and support end-to-end billing for institutional clients
• Maintain structured data storage systems, perform regular data backups and comply with data governance standards
• Support the design and implementation of departmental workflows using Microsoft 365 tools

Required profile

• Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science, Business or a healthcare-related study preferred, with at least 4 years of experience in retail or corporate supplies
• Experience with POS systems, e-commerce platforms and analytics tools preferred
• Meticulous attention to accuracy in data management and documentation, with good organisational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate across diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
