Senior BIM Modeller – MEP 3D Modeling (Revit)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced BIM Modeller to create and manage MEP 3D models using Revit. You will work closely with the BIM Manager, BIM Coordinator and design engineers to ensure accurate, coordinated models for construction and as‑built documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop MEP 3D BIM models in Revit for coordination and collaboration.
• Maintain model accuracy, parameters and information in line with the BIM Execution Plan.
• Prepare shop drawings, construction drawings and 3D models for construction, coordination and as‑built purposes.
• Incorporate consultant and client comments, update models and resubmit for approval.
• Create and manage MEP families based on equipment specifications and materials.
• Conduct clash detection for architectural & structural services and generate reports.
• Adopt additional BIM tools as required by the project.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience using Autodesk Revit for MEP modeling.
• Degree or technical diploma in Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or related field.
• Certificate or training in Revit MEP; knowledge of Navisworks is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Experience in the construction industry and familiarity with MEP services.
