Senior Brand Leader – Consumer Brand Strategy

About the role

The company is a well‑established Singapore‑based consumer organisation embarking on the next phase of its brand evolution. As Senior Brand Leader you will own the corporate brand strategy, drive major campaigns and large‑scale activations, and shape how the portfolio connects with audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a holistic corporate brand strategy that aligns with business objectives.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team to design and launch high‑impact campaigns, audience‑engagement programmes and experiential activations.
• Integrate brand storytelling with physical experiences, strategic partnerships and public‑facing initiatives to build relevance and affinity.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across technology, consumer, media and, where relevant, public sector partners.
• Measure brand health, audience insights and activation performance to continuously refine the playbook.

Required profile

• 12+ years of progressive brand leadership experience, preferably in technology, consumer or media platforms.
• Proven ability to influence senior executives and navigate complex organisational structures.
• Experience with public or government sector collaborations is a plus.
• Singapore citizen or Permanent Resident.
