Senior Consultant - Finance Transformation

As a Senior Consultant in Finance Transformation you will own key pieces of post‑merger integration and finance transformation workstreams, delivering high‑impact solutions for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Own discrete pieces of a PMI or finance transformation workstream with limited oversight.
• Independently troubleshoot technical issues such as complex consolidation entries and carve‑out adjustments.
• Lead specific client discussions or data requests directly.
• Review and guide the day‑to‑day work of Consultants and Analysts.
• Contribute to work‑plan and timeline input while proactively flagging project risks.
• Run a functional area’s Day 1 integration plan independently.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in Post‑Merger Integration, Finance Transformation, M&A Advisory, Transaction Services or Management Consulting.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes, including financial reporting, consolidation, close processes, integration planning and carve‑out adjustments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, contribute to project workplans and timelines, and proactively identify and escalate risks.
• Experience leading client discussions, managing data requests and building effective stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to review, guide and coach junior team members while maintaining high‑quality deliverables.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to influence in dynamic environments.
• Demonstrated ability to prepare clear, concise, executive‑ready presentations, reports and project documentation.
• Self‑motivated, adaptable and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, client‑facing consulting environment.
