Senior Consultant - Talent & Organisation (HCM, Change & Employee Experience)

About the role

Infosys Singapore is looking for an experienced Senior Consultant in its Talent & Organisation practice in APAC, which supports large global firms and leading local brands on Human Capital Management (HCM) transformation, organisational change and agile ways of working. The role sits within a team focused on world-class workforce operations and experiences, delivering quality client service and insightful solutions while balancing multiple priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Craft and deliver solutions for employee experience strategies, including employee experience journeys, personas and roadmaps
• Deliver HR transformation and HR shared service solutions based on client needs
• Develop organisation change management solutions tailored to the technology context and client needs, ensuring adoption of new solutions
• Lead programme and project management for the deployment of new workforce solutions and initiatives
• Contribute to practice development, service offerings and go-to-market initiatives

Required profile

• Relevant professional experience, such as a Big 4, global management consultancy, niche consultancy or in-house role on large-scale projects
• Knowledge of core HR, workforce administration, talent management and recruitment processes
• Experience implementing people solutions in technology-related, M&A and other complex projects
• Project and programme management experience, and ability to work independently and manage a small team if needed
• Nice to have: fluency in another language besides English
