Senior Consultant – Workday Financials (ERP)

About the role

Deloitte’s Finance & Enterprise Performance team is expanding its Workday Finance practice across Southeast Asia. As a Senior Consultant you will support clients on their finance transformation journeys, designing and implementing cloud‑based ERP solutions that improve decision‑making and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with clients through workshops and interviews to analyse process and reporting requirements.
• Design target‑state ERP solutions and influence adoption of leading finance practices.
• Document ERP processes and prepare deployment progress updates.
• Review programs and scripts for interfaces, reports and queries.
• Support change‑management activities, develop training material, deliver training and assist users post‑cutover.

Required profile

• Well‑recognised degree; postgraduate qualification is a plus.
• 6‑10 years of experience implementing cloud‑based finance ERP solutions, with at least one full life‑cycle implementation.
• Strong functional knowledge of finance systems, accounting principles and processes.
• Experience working in consulting teams using agile development methods.
• Excellent analytical, oral and written communication skills in English; self‑motivated and able to handle changing priorities.
• Demonstrated business acumen, teamwork and leadership qualities.
• Willingness to travel locally and internationally as required.
