Senior Executive – Clinical Research Recruitment

About the role

The Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine (LKCMedicine) is seeking a Senior Executive to lead recruitment activities for the Health for Life in Singapore (HELIOS) Study, a large population health project involving up to 100,000 participants.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain clear, professional communication with study participants.
• Screen volunteers for eligibility and schedule research sessions, sending reminders as needed.
• Manage the recruitment database and appointment‑booking system, ensuring accurate participant registration.
• Produce weekly recruitment reports for investigators.
• Uphold confidentiality of all personal information.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve participant recruitment.
• Prepare and distribute outreach materials.
• Lead the study’s social‑media strategy, providing regular updates across channels.
