Senior Executive Engagement Manager – APAC

About the role

AVEVA is seeking a highly experienced Senior Executive Engagement Manager to design, develop and execute high‑impact programs for executive customers and partners across the Asia‑Pacific region. The role focuses on executive‑level communications, strategic messaging and trusted advisory support for CXO and board audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver executive engagement programs targeting APAC customers and partners.
• Create localized communication materials such as narratives, briefing notes, executive presentations and board‑level summaries.
• Facilitate pre‑briefs and align insights from sales, product and industry teams to equip senior leaders with actionable viewpoints.
• Engage directly with senior executives to shape messaging, influence outcomes and ensure consistent storytelling.
• Act as a trusted advisor in high‑stakes executive forums, synthesising complex insights into concise, decision‑ready messaging.
• Represent the Executive Engagement function at key APAC events, providing real‑time support and coordinating CXO interactions.
• Leverage top‑account insights to inform engagement strategies aligned with industrial software adoption initiatives.
• Partner with industry, product and technical teams to ensure engagements reflect modern software‑enabled transformation.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level executive engagement capability with a track record of influencing decision‑making.
• Extensive experience in executive‑level communications, briefing materials and strategic messaging for CXO and board audiences.
• Deep familiarity with industrial software ecosystems, particularly in manufacturing, energy and supply‑chain sectors.
• Ability to synthesize customer insights from top APAC accounts and translate complex concepts into clear executive messaging.
• Strong advisory skills in high‑stakes customer and partner interactions.
