Senior Executive - Entrepreneurship (1 Year Contract)

About the role

The Entrepreneurship team at Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) supports startups, social enterprises and entrepreneurial talent through venture-building, incubation and ecosystem engagement initiatives. It is seeking a highly organised and proactive Senior Executive to provide programme administration, stakeholder coordination and operational support across its entrepreneurship programmes. The role suits someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and has strong administrative, project coordination and event management capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage programme timelines and administrative processes, and coordinate registration, onboarding and participant records on the internal platform
• Support startup intake and selection, manage programme documentation and databases, and track milestones, attendance and completion requirements
• Coordinate programme logistics and vendor arrangements
• Facilitate mentor agreements, speaker engagements and masterclass contracts, including approvals, documentation, renewals and payment processing
• Support onboarding and offboarding, founder communications and enquiries, and ecosystem engagement activities
• Maintain and improve SOPs, templates and administrative workflows; support procurement and payment processing; assist with operational reviews and ad-hoc projects
• Support planning and execution of workshops, masterclasses, Demo Days and networking events, including logistics, registrations and vendor management
• Liaise with speakers, mentors and partners, and prepare post-event reports and follow-up

Required profile

• Degree holder with 3-8 years of working experience
• Mature, meticulous, discreet and honest
• Able to multi-task and work independently with initiative
• Good interpersonal skills
• Advantageous: experience in entrepreneurship, startups, innovation or higher education
