Senior Executive – Finance Operations (Government) – 1 Year Contract

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Executive to support a public agency in Singapore with its finance and operational activities. The role involves end‑to‑end payment processing, fund utilisation tracking and preparation of management reports. This is a 1‑year contract position offering a hybrid work arrangement.

Key responsibilities

• Process and coordinate payment transactions, verify supporting documents and route approvals.
• Maintain accurate financial and operational records, including fund utilisation and balances.
• Perform reconciliations across financial systems, investigate discrepancies and resolve rejected or duplicate transactions.
• Monitor outstanding approvals and payments, liaise with stakeholders and escalate issues as needed.
• Prepare periodic financial, utilisation and operational reports for management, audits and reviews.
• Support audit activities by maintaining complete records and responding to queries.

Required profile

• Singaporean citizen.
• Bachelor’s degree minimum.
• At least 2 years of experience in finance operations and payment processing.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder management abilities.

• Monthly salary between SGD 3,700 and SGD 5,600.
