Senior Executive, Human Capital Operations

About the role

We are looking for a meticulous and process‑driven Senior Executive to support the accurate and timely delivery of compensation and HR operations. The role covers annual compensation exercises, onboarding administration, Ministry of Manpower (MOM) statistics and reporting, as well as continuous improvement of HR processes through automation and digital tools. The successful candidate will work closely with HR stakeholders, Payroll, Finance and other business partners to ensure sound governance, data accuracy and a positive employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support annual compensation exercises (performance bonus, AWS, salary increment) and perform detailed checks, reconciliations and audit trail maintenance.
• Manage onboarding administration and employee lifecycle transactions, ensuring accurate data, documentation and timely system updates.
• Compile, validate and submit manpower statistics and reports required by MOM, maintaining records for audit and compliance.
• Review and redesign workflows, creating automated solutions and dashboards using Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) to improve efficiency and data quality.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in compensation administration, HR operations or payroll support.
• Hands‑on experience with large‑scale compensation exercises such as bonuses, AWS or salary increments.
• Experience with employee onboarding, manpower reporting or statutory submissions is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to investigate data discrepancies and maintain audit trails.
