Senior Executive/Assistant Manager – CET Operations

About the role

The Singapore Institute of Technology’s lifelong learning division, SITLEARN, is seeking a service‑oriented professional to support the delivery and administration of Continuing Education and Training (CET) and SkillsFuture Career Transition programmes. This 11‑month contract role involves coordinating learners, stakeholders and logistics to ensure a seamless learning experience.

Key responsibilities

• Administer end‑to‑end programme operations, including learner registration, attendance tracking, assessment coordination and record maintenance in line with organisational and funding requirements.
• Coordinate programme logistics such as venue bookings, classroom setup, vendor arrangements and support for face‑to‑face, online and hybrid delivery formats.
• Manage stakeholder interactions, account setup, billing enquiries and support process‑improvement initiatives.
• Undertake ad‑hoc assignments to meet operational priorities of SITLEARN.

Required profile

• Degree holder or diploma holder with at least two years of relevant experience in programme administration, operations or learner support.
• Organised, meticulous and comfortable handling records, schedules, logistics and documentation with attention to accuracy and confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment, managing multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional engagement with learners and stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with online learning or digital collaboration platforms such as Zoom.
