Senior Finance Executive – Student Billing & Collections

About the role

The Finance Executive will support the Finance Manager in daily financial operations at our campus, focusing on student fee billing, collections, and related compliance. This role ensures accurate processing, timely reporting, and effective interaction with parents and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Process student fee billing, adjustments and reconciliations in line with policies and SOPs.
• Manage fee protection insurance and submit related reports.
• Prepare documents for statutory and internal audits and ensure closure of audit observations.
• Handle parent inquiries on billing and fee collection, maintaining defined response times.
• Oversee fee collections, including digital payments (GIRO, auto‑debit, payment gateway) and traditional methods, and ensure timely deposit to bank accounts.
• Follow up receivables, initiate legal actions for defaulters, and manage credit notes, voids and refunds according to policy.
• Produce monthly MIS reports for collections and reconciliations.
• Support implementation, upgrade and maintenance of LMS or equivalent systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of experience in finance, billing or collections.
• Strong attention to detail and compliance orientation.
• Ability to work on‑site 5.5 days a week.
