Senior Finance Manager (Real Estate)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead the real‑estate finance function within our group. The role will oversee segment consolidation, reporting and budgeting while ensuring compliance with Singapore financial reporting standards and listing requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and review segment consolidation and prepare financial and management reports in line with accounting policies.
• Collaborate with the Business Partner Team on segment reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Support results announcements and ensure compliance with accounting standards, corporate laws and listing rules.
• Assist in the preparation of the Group’s Annual Report and consolidate forecasts and budgets.
• Provide support for the Group Financial Reporting System and coordinate with external consultants.
• Liaise with auditors on group audit processes and oversee corporate activities with consultants.
• Lead, mentor and develop the finance team, delivering training and performance guidance.
• Undertake ad‑hoc assignments as required.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting or equivalent professional qualification.
• 10‑12 years of relevant experience, preferably starting in a Big 4 audit firm and moving to a commercial environment.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (International) and regulatory compliance for listed companies.
• Proven leadership experience with a collaborative, high‑performance team approach.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
