Senior Full Stack Developer (Mobile Web App / PWA)

About the role

Activate Interactive, a technology consultancy in Singapore, is hiring a Senior Consultant - Full-Stack Developer for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role leads the technical development and delivery of a mobile web application / progressive web app (PWA) project, providing expert technical consultation and driving the delivery of scalable, high-performance and secure web applications.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of end-to-end application development, integrating frontend, backend and cloud infrastructure.
• Design, develop and maintain responsive, accessible and performant web applications.
• Lead WhatsApp Business API integration and consult on messaging platforms integrated with backend workflows.
• Lead CI/CD deployment strategies, automated infrastructure provisioning, monitoring and cloud deployment.
• Implement full-stack security, including authentication, authorization, API security and IM8 security controls, and ensure government compliance.
• Lead technical discussions with stakeholders, resolve complex bugs and performance issues, and drive continuous improvement in quality and processes.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of full-stack web development experience and 2-3 years in senior technical or consulting roles.
• Client-facing consulting and stakeholder management experience.

Required skills

• React Native (critical), React.js, Next.js, Vue.js, Angular or Svelte; Figma and design systems.
• Node.js, Express.js or NestJS, plus Ruby on Rails, Spring Boot, Django, Flask, FastAPI or Golang.
• RESTful APIs, GraphQL, gRPC, WebSockets, Redis, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, GitHub Actions, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, GCC.
• APM tools (Datadog, New Relic, Sentry, Prometheus), ELK stack, Jest, Cypress, Playwright, Postman.
• IM8 security policies and government compliance frameworks.
