Senior HR Business Partner

About the role

The Senior HR Business Partner serves as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, driving people strategy to enable growth, organizational effectiveness, and workforce transformation. This role partners closely with executive leadership to align talent, culture, organization design, and leadership capability with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior executives to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, internal mobility, and retention strategies.
• Drive organizational design, change management, and transformation initiatives.
• Lead talent review, succession planning, and leadership development processes.
• Guide performance management, compensation, and rewards decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred).
• 12+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior HR Business Partner leadership.
• Proven track record in organizational transformation, workforce planning, and talent strategy.
• Experience supporting senior executives in fast‑paced, matrixed, multinational environments.
