Senior HR Business Partner - Luxury Goods

About the role

A global luxury goods company is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner through its partner agency, Timeo-Performance. The role reports to the Regional HR Director and covers the full spectrum of HR functions, acting as a strategic partner to help the business grow.

Key responsibilities

• Drive HR strategy and workforce planning
• Manage compensation and benefits, talent acquisition and talent management
• Implement learning strategies and programs with the L&D team
• Support internal communication and promote CSR and DEI
• Champion well-being programs and transversal projects

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources
• At least 10 years of experience in a business partnering role or full-spectrum HR, preferably in luxury goods, retail, hospitality or FMCG across APAC
• Strong interpersonal and consulting skills with employees at all levels, including influence and relationship building
• Energetic, positive and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
