Senior HR Executive / Assistant HR Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Senior HR Executive / Assistant HR Manager to lead our HR team in Singapore. The role combines strategic leadership with hands‑on management of end‑to‑end HR processes, ensuring compliance and a positive employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop the HR team to achieve high performance and professional growth.
• Drive continuous improvement of HR processes, including payroll, benefits administration, employee data management and reporting.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all employee‑relations matters, handling grievances, complaints and counselling.
• Provide advice to senior management on employment legislation, local labour practices and statutory compliance.
• Review and update HR policies and procedures to align with best practices.
• Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities to increase productivity and efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high degree of integrity.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and best practices.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
