Senior HR Executive

About the role

The Senior HR Executive will lead end‑to‑end recruitment, work‑pass administration and employee lifecycle processes for a dynamic organization on Jurong Island. This role partners closely with discipline managers and supports both local and overseas operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, collaborating with managers on manpower requests and job descriptions.
• Handle work‑pass applications, issuances, cancellations, and coordinate related security bond and medical insurance arrangements.
• Oversee smooth onboarding and off‑boarding of employees.
• Monitor daily HR operations to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Support training initiatives, including CSOC courses.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date HR records.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant HR experience.
• Preferably 1‑2 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills, meticulous, and capable of problem‑solving.
• Highly motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable working under tight deadlines and handling pressure.
• Effective communication with overseas clients, particularly in China.
