Senior Manager, Business Tax

About the role

EY is looking for a Senior Manager to lead its Business Tax Services in Singapore. You will work with a global network of tax professionals to help corporate clients manage their tax obligations, develop sustainable tax strategies and improve their tax function efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate business tax compliance and advisory engagements for corporate clients.
• Develop budgets, determine resource requirements and monitor project delivery.
• Maintain continuous interaction with clients, set expectations and ensure high‑quality service.
• Collaborate with tax professionals across other sub‑service lines to deliver integrated solutions.
• Oversee compliance management processes, forecast future work and delegate tasks effectively.
• Share knowledge, mentor staff and supervise team performance.
• Participate in recruitment and contribute to a collaborative, team‑oriented environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business tax compliance and advisory for corporate clients.
• Strong client‑facing skills with the ability to build and maintain senior‑level relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, resources and multiple engagements simultaneously.
• Leadership experience in supervising and developing junior staff.
• Excellent communication and teamwork across multidisciplinary tax teams.
