Senior Manager, Commercial Education Deployment, Wound Closure and Healing

About the role

The Senior Manager, Commercial Education Deployment, Wound Closure and Healing is responsible for executing the APAC rollout of global commercial education programs for the Wound Closure and Healing (WCH) platform. The role translates regional strategy into deliverable plans, leads tactical deployment across APAC markets, and ensures field readiness through localized curriculum, trainer networks, certification events and launch support. Collaboration spans global and regional Education Leaders, Curriculum Design & Content Strategy, Sales Leadership, Marketing and other cross‑functional partners.

Key responsibilities

• Translate the APAC learning roadmap for WCH into detailed market‑level deployment plans, timelines and resource requirements.
• Prioritize deployments by market impact, launch schedule and readiness metrics in coordination with leadership.
• Contribute to global and regional strategy by providing market intelligence, identifying capability gaps and recommending scalable learning solutions.
• Lead tactical deployment across APAC markets, building and managing trainer networks and certification events.
• Support product launches and ensure field teams are prepared to deliver education programs effectively.

Required profile

• Strategic‑operational leader with proven experience executing commercial education programs in the APAC region.
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable execution plans.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams including sales, marketing and curriculum design.
• Knowledge of wound closure and healing medical devices.
• Demonstrated project‑management capability and results‑driven mindset.
