Senior Manager – Financial Due Diligence (Deals)

About the role

Join PwC's Deals Advisory practice as a Senior Manager focused on Financial Due Diligence. You will work with large corporates and private‑equity clients, delivering rigorous analysis that underpins acquisitions, divestitures and other strategic transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end due‑diligence engagements for acquisition or divestment transactions.
• Analyse financial and operational results through review of accounting records and management interviews.
• Interact with senior client stakeholders to ensure project success and address critical issues.
• Assess quality of earnings, net assets, cash flows and identify purchase‑price adjustments.
• Manage technical accounting issues and support deal structuring decisions.
• Supervise and coach project teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.

Required profile

• University degree in accounting, finance or business, or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in a global accounting firm, with deep knowledge of financial due diligence and M&A processes.
• Proven leadership experience delivering due‑diligence services to large corporate and private‑equity clients.
• Strong communication skills for senior‑level client interaction and executive interviews.
