Senior Manager – Financial Services Assurance (Insurance)

About the role

PwC Singapore is looking for a Senior Manager to join its Financial Services Assurance practice, focusing on insurance clients. You will lead audit engagements, mentor teams, and contribute to the firm’s reputation for delivering high‑quality assurance services in a technology‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and manage professional teams across a variety of assurance engagements for insurance clients.
• Build and maintain relationships within the insurance industry to support business development.
• Facilitate the professional growth of team members through coaching and feedback.
• Participate in advisory projects that address strategic challenges in the insurance sector.

Required profile

• Relevant accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) with solid knowledge of financial reporting standards.
• 6‑8 years of external audit experience, preferably within the insurance industry.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proven project management and teamwork skills.
