Senior Manager, Media Sales & Operations

About the role

Infront is seeking a passionate Senior Manager to lead media sales and operations for the Badminton World Federation (BWF) across selected territories. You will manage existing broadcast partners, develop new commercial opportunities, and ensure high‑quality delivery of BWF properties.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales and support of BWF media rights, managing existing broadcasters and identifying new opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal departments to deliver BWF events to the highest standard across sales, rights delivery, technology, production, digital, sponsorship, marketing and client servicing.
• Support the Global Media Sales Team in market‑by‑market planning, pricing recommendations and broadcaster engagement.
• Manage key client relationships, including contracting, rights fulfillment and long‑term partnership development.
• Commercialise broadcast sponsorship opportunities and explore new revenue models such as digital distribution, FAST channels, betting data and branded content.
• Assist in strategic planning, budgeting, revenue forecasting and reporting for BWF media projects.
• Conduct market research, competitor monitoring and pricing assessments across territories.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of experience in media sales, rights management or related fields.
• Strong understanding of the global sports industry, particularly badminton media rights and broadcast partnerships.
• Demonstrable knowledge of the badminton media landscape and BWF property portfolio.
• Experience drafting and reviewing media rights contracts and navigating rights delivery requirements.
• Established network with broadcasters, agencies, rights holders and sports governing bodies is advantageous.
