About the role

Invesco is seeking a Senior Manager to lead private‑bank sales across Singapore. You will act as a trusted advisor to private‑bank clients, driving revenue growth and expanding market reach for Invesco’s investment solutions.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead, drive and strengthen strategic relationships with key stakeholders across private‑bank platforms.
  • Identify and cultivate new client relationships to expand market reach and revenue opportunities.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive business and sales plans for key clients to achieve growth targets.
  • Monitor sales strategy and performance to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Serve as subject‑matter expert on Invesco funds, highlighting strengths and positioning to clients.
  • Anticipate market trends and client demands, rolling out new strategies or bespoke solutions.
  • Collaborate with global internal teams (Investments, Marketing, Product, Legal, Compliance) to optimise sales processes and client servicing.
  • Foster a high‑performance, collaborative culture within the team.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related discipline.
  • 10+ years of sales experience in asset management or fund advisory.
  • Deep understanding of distribution channels and investment products in the region.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build trust.
  • Strategic, proactive, and client‑centric mindset.
