About the role
Invesco is seeking a Senior Manager to lead private‑bank sales across Singapore. You will act as a trusted advisor to private‑bank clients, driving revenue growth and expanding market reach for Invesco’s investment solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, drive and strengthen strategic relationships with key stakeholders across private‑bank platforms.
- Identify and cultivate new client relationships to expand market reach and revenue opportunities.
- Develop and implement comprehensive business and sales plans for key clients to achieve growth targets.
- Monitor sales strategy and performance to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Serve as subject‑matter expert on Invesco funds, highlighting strengths and positioning to clients.
- Anticipate market trends and client demands, rolling out new strategies or bespoke solutions.
- Collaborate with global internal teams (Investments, Marketing, Product, Legal, Compliance) to optimise sales processes and client servicing.
- Foster a high‑performance, collaborative culture within the team.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of sales experience in asset management or fund advisory.
- Deep understanding of distribution channels and investment products in the region.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build trust.
- Strategic, proactive, and client‑centric mindset.
