Senior Manager Professional Education - WCH APAC

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is looking for a Senior Professional Education Manager to join its APAC Surgery Wound Closure & Healing (WCH) team. The role covers the APAC WCH professional education strategy, faculty management, cross-country collaboration and program execution, and calls for strong leadership, organisational skills and the ability to drive strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Shape the APAC WCH professional education strategy and curriculum, adapting global content and developing regional programs for focus specialties and markets
• Translate specialty, product and market insights into scalable programs addressing clinical learning needs
• Oversee planning, coordination and execution of APAC programs, keeping them within agreed timelines and budgets
• Set measures of success, lead program evaluation and follow-up, and use insights to improve future curricula
• Lead faculty identification, assessment, selection and onboarding, including fair market value assessment, contracting, compliance approvals and ongoing development
• Maintain relationships with key faculty across APAC, ensure engagements meet company policies, compliance requirements and local regulations, and document everything audit-ready
• Collaborate with faculty to design and deliver programs, foster knowledge sharing and facilitate cross-country joint initiatives
• Partner with Marketing, Platform and Specialty Development to run customer education programs, and with Health Care Compliance, Legal and other functions to support compliant faculty engagement
• Build relationships with external stakeholders and professional societies to support evidence-based education and clinical guidance

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in professional education, medical education or customer education, preferably in healthcare or medical technology
• Bachelor's degree in education, business, marketing or a related discipline; a well-regarded postgraduate qualification is preferred
• Experience across both strategy development and program execution is advantageous
• Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy, adapt to changing regional priorities and travel flexibly
• Excellent written and verbal English
