Senior Occupational Therapist – Locum (ILTC Outsource Service)

About the role

We are seeking a senior occupational therapist to join our interprofessional therapy hub on a locum basis. You will work across nursing homes, day rehabilitation centres, community hospitals and home‑based services, delivering person‑centred care that restores functional abilities and promotes community participation.

Key responsibilities

• Assess individual client needs and design tailored therapy programmes.
• Implement and monitor therapy interventions, adjusting plans as required.
• Track training programmes and evaluate their effectiveness.
• Collaborate with physiotherapists, speech therapists and other disciplines involved in the rehabilitative process.
• Refer clients to specialist consultants for further assessment or intervention.

Required profile

• Recognised degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Full registration with the Allied Health Professions Council of Singapore.
• Demonstrated experience in community‑based or institutional rehabilitation settings.

Required skills

• Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
• Strong assessment and clinical reasoning skills.
• Effective interdisciplinary communication.
