Senior Project Specialist – Safety Policy & Consultancy (4‑Month Contract)

About the role

The Senior Project Specialist will lead safety policy and consultancy studies for a four‑month contract, supporting the development and harmonisation of safety management systems across high‑risk divisions.

Key responsibilities

• Study and propose safety checklists and reminders for ground use.
• Review procurement clauses to ensure vendors implement reasonably practicable safety measures.
• Conduct new‑hire briefings and milestone course briefings offsite.
• Consolidate and harmonise local safety management systems in high‑risk divisions.
• Organise and coordinate best‑practice external visits.
• Support supervisors in the consultancy study on Safety Management System.
• Assist supervisors to conceptualise and implement a Third‑Party Risk Management framework for vendors.
• Provide policy support to supervisors.

Required profile

• Certification in WSH, bizSAFE and/or ACLP (advantageous).
• Prior experience in safety management, policy development, training management or e‑learning.
• Strong analytical and research skills to study safety practices.
• Facilitation and presentation abilities for briefings.
• Strategic thinking to develop practical safety frameworks.
• Creative communication to translate technical safety concepts.
• Passion for workplace safety and collaborative mindset.
