Senior Resident Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Resident Engineer to lead the technical performance of infrastructure and water projects across Singapore. The role involves overseeing project delivery from conception to completion while ensuring client satisfaction and strengthening our market reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the technical performance of assigned projects and support the team leader in client relationship management.
• Prepare proposals, action plans, schedules, budgets and coordinate resources with the Project Manager.
• Coordinate with clients, sub‑consultants, design teams, government authorities and the Public Utilities Board.
• Manage project documentation, risk, schedule and reporting, and ensure compliance with QP(D) and QP(S) requirements.
• Develop disciplinary system designs, prepare technical reports and undertake minor hydraulic designs.
• Support business development activities for water and infrastructure projects.
• Provide leadership, motivation and supervision to the project team.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably with HDB BTO projects.
• Engineering degree in a relevant discipline.
• Proven experience in managing projects from conception through delivery.
• Strong ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and action plans.
• Professional, confident communication and client‑management skills.
