Senior Solution Architect

About the role

As a Senior Solution Architect in Tricentis' Enterprise Presales team, you will drive business growth by providing strategic technical expertise during the presales phase, collaborating closely with sales to design cutting‑edge testing solutions for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Support the sales force on all technical and tool‑related matters.
• Consult clients and prospects on Tricentis products and best practices.
• Develop, plan and conduct technical demonstrations and proof‑of‑concept pilots.
• Take technical lead throughout the software sales cycle and evangelize Tricentis implementation standards.

Required profile

• 5+ years experience in pre‑sales, software testing or consulting.
• Strong knowledge of software test automation, operating systems, databases and web technologies.
• Ability to engage with multiple buying influences in complex sales cycles.
• Excellent English communication and native‑level proficiency in Bahasa, Thai or Vietnamese.

Required skills

• Programming: JavaScript, Python.Net.
• Familiarity with test management and automation tools.
• Understanding of AI and agentic architectures.
