Senior Solutions Engineer, Pre‑Sales

About the role

Omni is seeking a Senior Pre‑Sales Solutions Engineer to own technically demanding evaluations across the region. You will partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to showcase the Omni AI analytics platform on prospect data and environments.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with sales to provide technical expertise, uncover use cases, and demonstrate platform value.
• Lead technical discovery, product demos, and Proofs of Concept, guiding customers on using Omni with their data.
• Transition trials into successful customers by collaborating with post‑sales teams and partners.
• Mentor junior engineers and raise the quality of discovery, demos, and POCs.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to feed user feedback into the roadmap.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of enterprise pre‑sales experience in business intelligence or data analytics (Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture).
• Deep expertise with modern data stack components and cloud data warehouses.
• Strong consultative communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Startup experience and a track record of leading technical evaluations.
