Senior Staff Nurse – Medical Aesthetic Clinic

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Staff Nurse to join our medical aesthetic clinic in Singapore. The role involves delivering high‑quality patient care throughout surgical and post‑operative phases while supporting the smooth operation of the clinic.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care for aesthetic and plastic surgery patients, including pre‑operative assessment and post‑operative monitoring.
• Assist the anesthetist with anesthesia administration, conduct pre‑induction checks, and closely monitor patients after induction.
• Manage drug dispensing, especially controlled substances, and ensure accurate documentation in the Plato system.
• Handle emergency situations such as code blue, applying ACLS/BLS protocols.
• Maintain inventory of consumables, support equipment maintenance, and assist with insurance and Medisave claim preparation.
• Send appointment reminders, address patient inquiries, and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the aesthetic and plastic surgery team and perform other ad‑hoc duties as required.

Required profile

• Diploma in Nursing (or equivalent) with an advanced certificate or Diploma in Perioperative Nursing preferred.
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license from the Singapore Nursing Board.
• 2–3 years post‑registration clinical experience, preferably in an operating‑room, aesthetic unit, or plastic/cosmetic surgery setting.
• Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS).
