About the role
The Senior Supply Chain Coordinator manages the Open Purchase Order and Cost Management, supporting an average of about 400 unique Purchase Requests per month. The role supports procurement operations and is based in Singapore.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the Open Purchase Order and Cost Management
- Process purchase requisitions and coordinate with suppliers
- Track orders and create and maintain new items
- Support warehouse operations when needed
Required profile
- Minimum diploma in a relevant specialisation
- 1-2 years of related experience in procurement or purchasing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
- Ability to build effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and clients
- Comfortable working occasionally in a cold-room environment (jacket provided)
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- General understanding of import/export regulations
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented, thorough and well-organized
