About the role
The Health Promotion Board (HPB) is seeking a Senior/Manager for Cluster Management and Partnership on a 1-year contract, joining its Integrated Outreach team. The team runs the Health Living Environment (HLE) initiative, which turns neighbourhoods into health-promoting places by empowering community leaders and working with healthcare clusters such as SingHealth, NUHS and NHG. The role coordinates community activation and sustainable behavioural change at the town level.
Key responsibilities
- Roll out the HLE initiative in assigned regions, applying standards such as the digital wayfinding standard, engagement playbook and collaboration manual, and guide grassroots leaders and community partners in using them.
- Use community health dashboards and local data to help grassroots leaders identify priority health needs and co-create targeted interventions.
- Coordinate and support HLE implementation, including meeting facilitation and project management tasks.
- Work with grassroots advisors, clusters and community partners to co-create neighbourhood activities, deliver training on the playbook, message house, action menu and wayfinding guides, and support collaboration with healthcare partners.
- Coordinate community and regional health programmes, use data to prioritise high-need groups and connect residents to healthy living assets through local mapping.
- Track ground-level progress, collect resident and stakeholder feedback, and collate and evaluate data to build a complete picture of each precinct's health profile.
Required profile
- Experience in community engagement, partnership management or public health programme implementation, working across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Degree in business administration/management, public health/public policy/public administration, sociology/psychology, health sciences, communications/media or a related field.
- Project or account management training is an added advantage.
- Resilient, adaptable and able to work under pressure, independently and in teams, in matrix and fast-paced environments.
Required skills
- Basic data analysis and evaluation capabilities.
- Ability to turn data insights into strategies and actions, and to engage and negotiate with stakeholders.
