Senior/Staff Nurse – Multi‑Department Clinical Role

About the role

Eastern General Hospital (EGH) is seeking experienced Senior/Staff Nurses to deliver high‑quality patient care across a range of clinical settings. You will join a multidisciplinary team, providing direct nursing care, education, and coordination for assigned patient groups while supporting junior staff.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care and patient education through coordination, care management and evaluation for assigned patients.
• Guide and mentor junior nurses to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Rotate across multiple clinical areas, including Emergency Department, Inpatient Ward, Radiology, Operating Theatre, Endoscopy, Short‑Stay Ward and Same‑Day Admission.
• Participate in shift work, including weekends and public holidays, to maintain continuous service coverage.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Nursing recognised by the Singapore Nursing Board.
• Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board.
• Prior experience in tertiary hospitals is an advantage.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Team‑player with a positive and caring attitude.
