Service Engineer – CRAC/WDS Mechanical Systems

About the role

We are seeking a Service Engineer to provide technical service and maintenance for CRAC and WDS systems across data centre sites in Singapore. You will work on‑site, ensuring equipment reliability and supporting our clients with expert guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform periodic servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CRAC/WDS systems.
• Diagnose hardware and software faults, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Execute equipment power‑up/down procedures and respond promptly to emergency e‑calls.
• Provide technical support and onsite training on Operation & Maintenance Manuals.
• Maintain strong client relationships and liaise with customer engineering teams.
• Complete detailed service reports and submit weekly/monthly activity summaries.
• Manage documentation, filing, and tracking of all service records.
• Monitor contractor activities to ensure safety and operational compliance.
• Review site events and actions, implementing corrective measures as needed.
• Plan, execute, and update daily work schedules while adhering to safety and quality standards.
• Support ad‑hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in mechanical service or data‑centre environments.
