Service Technician – FRS (Permanent)

About the role

Survitec is seeking a Service Technician specialised in Fire & Rescue Systems (FRS) to join its Operations team in Senoko, Singapore. This permanent position involves delivering high‑quality installation, maintenance and repair services while upholding safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance and repair activities to meet quality, safety and performance metrics.
• Identify and propose continuous‑improvement opportunities across the service footprint.
• Represent Survitec professionally with customers, providing technical answers and product knowledge.
• Assist specialists in setting up and testing new products, installing complex systems as required.
• Carry out preventive‑maintenance inspections and diagnose emergency repair needs.
• Follow health, safety and environmental policies, mitigating risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Maintain accurate stock levels through store requisition processes.
• Collaborate with improvement teams to implement standard toolkits and resolve process variances.

Required profile

• High school education (minimum 4 GCSEs or equivalent).
• 1–3 years of relevant experience, capable of working unsupervised in at least one Survitec service line.
• Ability to develop competence across multiple product lines and adhere to company policies.
