Shipping Associate

About the role

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Shipping Associate to join its warehouse team in Singapore. You will be responsible for handling the receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials, supplies, and finished products, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform manual and clerical duties related to shipping and receiving.
• Operate material‑handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet handlers, skids, and hand trucks.
• Prepare, pack, load, and unload goods for shipment.
• Unpack, count, and verify incoming items against purchase orders or invoices.
• Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation for all movements.
• Route materials to inspection, stores, or production lines and assist with kitting for assembly.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education or Higher Nitec qualification.
• At least 1 year of operator experience in an SMT environment.
• Willingness to work 12‑hour day shifts on a 4‑days‑on/3‑days‑off rotation.
• Ability to lift heavy items and follow detailed instructions under close supervision.
