Showroom Operations Coordinator

About the role

The Showroom Operations Coordinator will oversee the daily functioning of our flagship store in Singapore, ensuring an exceptional experience for every visitor and supporting the sales and marketing teams in driving traffic and events.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and engage guests, managing walk‑ins and pre‑booked appointments using Salesforce CRM.
• Maintain the showroom to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation and merchandising.
• Coordinate with local suppliers for maintenance, inventory of marketing tools, catalogues, samples and branded items.
• Organise and execute approximately two events per month, handling all operational aspects.
• Process sample requests, manage shipments locally and overseas, and place orders through SAP HANA.
• Handle general enquiries via email and phone, supporting the sales team with documentation and follow‑ups.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑facing orientation with a client‑centric mindset.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency required for Chinese‑speaking customers.
• Passion for architecture and design.
• Excellent communication, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
• Basic knowledge of SAP HANA.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
