Site Communications Internship, Singapore (Jan-Jun 2027)

About the role

GSK is offering a Site Communications internship in Singapore from January to June 2027, giving students hands-on experience in internal communications and employee engagement at one of Singapore's leading biopharmaceutical manufacturing sites. The internship covers live projects or assignments, with a rolling review of applications.

Key responsibilities

• Create content people want to read, capturing stories, events and moments across the site
• Develop digital content for screens, emails, intranet and social-style channels
• Help bring employee engagement campaigns and events to life, including town halls and site visits
• Interview employees and write feature stories
• Design communications materials and support video, reels and visual content
• Brainstorm campaign ideas and find new ways to connect employees to the site's purpose and strategy

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business or a related field
• Enrolled at a Singapore university during the internship, doing a full-time credit-bearing internship
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Lively interest in storytelling, content creation and the biopharma industry
• Experience with design, video editing, photography or digital content creation
