Site Supervisor (Viaduct & Bridge Experience)

About the role

The Site Supervisor will oversee all civil and architectural works on construction sites, ensuring compliance with authority and agency requirements. This role involves direct supervision of permanent and temporary works, coordination with contractors and partners, and management of safety, environmental and health matters.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and inspect all site activities, including civil works, sewerage, drainage, irrigation, commuter facilities, road works, trial trenches and utility diversions.
• Coordinate with contractors, agencies and site partners to ensure smooth execution of works.
• Oversee fabrication of precast concrete and steel structural elements both on‑site and off‑site.
• Manage lifting operations for the erection of precast concrete elements.
• Inspect and assist in the issuance of E‑Token for soil disposal.
• Review and supervise safety, environmental and health protocols.
• Supervise installation and monitoring of instrumentation.
• Verify quantities of work completed for progress payment.
• Support the operation of the Project Monitoring Control Centre (PMCC).

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma in Civil/Structural discipline or National Certificate in Construction Supervision (NCCS).
• Site/work safety certifications are an advantage.
• Experience in contractor site work is an advantage.
• At least 3 years of experience in road works, LTA projects, tunnels, viaducts, flyovers or bridges.
