Social Media Content Producer

About the role

We are looking for a full-time Social Media Content Producer to join our Singapore office. You will turn briefs, trends and cultural moments into sharp, platform-native content, handling the process from concept through production to final delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop original content ideas based on client briefs, audience insights, platform trends and cultural conversations.
• Translate ideas into scripts, storyboards, shot lists and practical production plans.
• Shoot photography and short-form videos using smartphones and professional camera equipment.
• Edit videos with strong pacing, sound, captions, colour treatment and platform-appropriate storytelling.
• Adapt and optimise content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn, and repurpose master assets into multiple formats.
• Collaborate with Creative, Content, Planning, Account Servicing and Project teams, presenting ideas and balancing creative ambition with timelines and budgets.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in content creation, social media or video production.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating social-first thinking, visual storytelling and hands-on production ability.
• Clear understanding of how content differs across platforms and audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and moving parts without losing the plot.
• Confidence working independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with video-editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve or CapCut.
• Working knowledge of cameras, lighting, audio recording and basic production equipment.
