Social Media Creative Intern

About the role

Join REFASH, the secondhand fashion platform of Carousell Group, as a Social Media Creative Intern. You will help shape the brand’s voice across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and the website, while supporting community engagement and campaign initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Curate content for social media channels and website.
• Spot trends and create viral content ideas.
• Head community management, interacting with followers, responding to comments and DMs.
• Propose campaigns and activations to deepen engagement.
• Work closely with the Marketing team to plan and execute the content calendar.
• Seek partnership, sponsorship, and advertising opportunities.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance content ideation, creative workflows, and community engagement.
• Perform other ad‑hoc tasks and projects assigned by the Marketing Lead.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (optional).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Creative editing skills and comfortable appearing on camera.
• Passion for fashion and social media.
• Active on at least two social media channels.
• Enthusiastic, proactive self‑starter and strong team player.
• Flair for creativity and strong sense of aesthetics.
• Familiarity with leveraging AI to streamline creative production and social media trends.
• Available for a 6‑month internship starting Jan 2027 (or as early as Nov 2026).
