Software Engineer - Backend

About the role

AICS is building a SaaS platform that tackles real challenges in the healthcare industry. We are seeking an experienced Backend Software Engineer to design, develop, and operate scalable, secure cloud‑native services.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement on‑premise and cloud‑based systems with a focus on scalability and security.
• Build and maintain high‑availability backend services and reusable frameworks.
• Develop and optimise data‑platform solutions using modern databases.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in agile sprints.
• Continuously monitor, troubleshoot, and improve system performance.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional backend development experience.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience conducting peer code reviews to ensure code quality.
